Your new Role:
As a Senior Health Lawyer, you will deliver high-level, pragmatic legal advice across a broad range of health law and medico-legal matters within a dynamic public healthcare environment. Working with minimal supervision, you'll manage complex issues including coronial inquests, medical negligence claims, regulatory investigations, and human rights matters. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, represent the organisation in legal proceedings, and contribute to policy, education, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring legal compliance while supporting safe, high-quality patient care.

Extensive experience in health law/medico-legal matters

Sound judgement with a strong focus on risk and compliance
