My client a leading Global Technology Business is looking to hire a 8-12+PQE Senior Technology/Outsourcing lawyer to join its legal team.
In a crucial role for this leading global technology business, you will report into the Head of Legal, manage at least one other lawyer and regularly advise the executive team on legal matters. Drafting and negotiating a range of technology agreements including technology design appointments and agreements relating to the procurement of technology including cloud services, SaaS and IT licenses
Providing oversight on other legal issues including those relating to IP, competition law and data protection
The ideal candidate will likely have 8+PQE as a technology/outsourcing lawyer who ideally has some sell-side technology experience. You will be in a well regarded law firm looking to make your first move in-house or you will already be in-house looking for a new challenge.
