Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales team at Marsh. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.

Reporting to the Sales Knowledge, Learning & Development Manager, the Learning & Development Specialist will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of our colleagues across the Pacific. The Learning & Development team are a key element of our People Strategy, responsible for ensuring our training program supports broking Professional Standards and Compliance requirements as well as ongoing technical learning and identified soft skills to support client service.

We will count on you to:

Support the design, development and delivery of a comprehensive learning program for all colleague groups
Deliver instructional design and digital learning solutions in partnership with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
Coordinate and facilitate the annual learning program across the business
Manage internal and external learning partner relationships and oversee enrolments and reporting of course completions
Maintain training documentation, digital resources, and the Learning Management System (LMS)
Assist in monitoring, reporting, and vetting training for quality, relevance, and compliance
What you need to have:

Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in learning and development, including delivering and facilitating training
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to develop training materials
Proficiency with digital platforms such as Articulate Storyline, SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Zoom, and generative AI tools
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively
Ability to problem solve and manage multiple projects simultaneously

University degree and relevant broking qualifications (Tier 1 Compliance) or related studies
