Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Legal Advisor role at India IPO located in Delhi, India. The Senior Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and specializing in criminal and civil matters. This role involves on-site work.
Qualifications
• Legal Advice and Legal Document Preparation skills
• Expertise in criminal and civil and Employment Law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in IPO consultancy or corporate law is a plus
• Law degree from a reputable institution
Advocate Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in law (essential).
• Admitted attorney of at least two years standing.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
• Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
