We are seeking a beginner-level Legal Consultant/Advocate who is passionate about law and eager to gain real-world experience. The selected candidate will provide legal advice online, assist in case research, drafting, and client interactions, and work across various legal domains, including:
• Civil & Criminal Law
• Property & Real Estate Law
• Family Law (Marriage, Divorce, Child Custody, Inheritance)
• Consumer Protection & Dispute Resolution
• Employment & Labor Laws
• Basic Corporate & Business Law
Key Responsibilities
• Provide basic legal advice in various legal matters
• Conduct one-on-one or group consultations online under guidance from senior advocates
• Research case laws, statutes, and legal precedents to assist in legal problem-solving
Required Skills and Qualifications
• LLB (Completed) from a recognized university
• 0-2 years of legal experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Basic understanding of civil, criminal, property, family, and consumer law
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written) for client interactions
• Strong legal research and document drafting skills
• Comfortable with online legal consultations & virtual case discussions
