As a key member of the Legal, Policy, and Regulatory Affairs Group, you will provide expert advice on land access issues and telecommunications regulatory matters, contributing to the development of operational procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on land access matters, ensuring that decisions are informed and effective.
Offer independent and valued legal advice on various matters and emerging risks, supporting the organization's strategic goals and risk management.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including telecommunications companies, land owners, and their representatives.
Develop and evolve operational procedures and guidelines, enhancing the knowledge and skills of TIO employees through training and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A strong background in law, with significant post-qualification experience.
Proven ability to investigate and manage complex matters, preparing clear and well-reasoned written decisions.
Experience with land access matters and/or administrative decisions subject to judicial review (desirable).
