This role offers the opportunity to work with a high-performing legal group led by Alana Scheiffers, CSC's General Counsel. She is known for her strategic legal acumen, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to excellence.
As Manager/Special Counsel, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal oversight, mentoring emerging leaders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, commercially focused legal services.
You will also oversee the DRC and C&R teams, ensuring optimal workflow management, case prioritisation, and high-quality legal service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have around 8+ years' post-qualification experience in legal practice, preferably in superannuation, financial services, or corporate law. They should also possess strong expertise in legal and regulatory compliance within a commercial or government context.
