In the role of a Senior Legal Counsel at Yes Bank Limited, you will be part of the Retail Banking team. Your primary focus will be on drafting legal documents for loan agreements, mortgage deeds, guarantees, pledge deeds, and hypothecation deeds. Additionally, you will provide legal advisory services on title search reports for various properties and security perfection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including risk management and business units, to ensure effective implementation of legal strategies.
- Providing expert advice on banking laws, transfer of property act, and companies act to support business growth.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in law, preferably with a mix of court and corporate experience.
- LLB (Bachelor of Law) degree or equivalent qualification.
