About the Job:
As a Senior Legal Executive you will be responsible for managing a team of Legal Executives. Your work will predominantly involve verifying and finalising Title Due Diligence Reports and providing necessary support and guidance to the team ensuring accurate reports are submitted within the required timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day will involve:
• Drafting Title Search Reports when necessary.
• Verifying, Finalising and Signing off on Title Search Reports prepared
• Performing quality check of the reports prepared by the team to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Effective management of cases allotted and timely resolution of any escalations
• Monitoring the performance of the team and providing necessary guidance and feedback.
• Addressing and resolving any concerns, queries or challenges faced by the team.
• Ensuring that the team drafts quality reports within the prescribed Turn Around Time
• Conduct training sessions for new joiners to ensure they quickly adapt to the new system and can contribute to the team
Eligibility:
We're looking for someone who has:
• Proven experience in drafting title search reports
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Good understanding of real estate laws (Having sound knowledge of RERA is an added advantage)
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Pays attention to detail
• Is proficient in Kannada
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
