Are you a law professional passionate about recovery, litigation, and legal strategy?
Join our Legal team and take the lead in managing high-impact recovery cases across the North region.
Key Responsibilities:
⚖️ Drive legal recovery actions under Civil, Criminal, DRT, SARFAESI & IBC laws
📑 Liaise with advocates, courts, and law enforcement for timely resolutions
🏛️ Represent the bank before DRT/NCLT/NCLAT and handle consumer/criminal cases
📊 Guide teams, oversee MIS, and ensure strong legal compliance
Requirements:
🎓 LL.B. with 8–10 years of experience in banking/NBFC legal functions
💬 Strong drafting, litigation, and coordination skills
🚗 Willingness to travel and manage matters across multiple jurisdictions
