Experience: 08 to 10 years of experience
Education: LLB, LLM
Salary: Up to 10 LPA
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
1. LEGAL
- Assist in the day to day legal matters.
- Preparing legal notice, plaints, written statement, appeals, case paper, affidavits, etc. for legal proceedings under various statutory laws.
- Drafting & vetting of various legal documents agreement for sale, leave & license agreement, deed of transfer, lease deed, power of attorney, MOU etc.
2. CUSTOM
- Good knowledge of customer clearance, custom act, custom paper work.
3. LIAISONING
- Visit offices for liaison of matters related to revenue, collector, electricity, EPFO, mamlatdar, courts, etc.
4. CORE AREA OF WORK
- Land sale deed registration before registrar
- Mutation entries of land before Mamlatdar Or Talati
- NA Process
- Renewal of license at Prohibition & Excise Dept.
