We are looking for a Real Estate Law Specialist to join our team at Zuari Global Trading LLP. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of commercial real estate laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of our commercial property projects.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough land due diligence and ensure adherence to all legal requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day legal administration for commercial property projects.
• Draft, vet, and manage various legal agreements, including leases and commercial real estate contracts.
• Stay updated on commercial real estate laws and advise on their impact on business operations.
Requirements:
• Masters degree in Law (LLM preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate legal management.
• Practicing Advocate in Goa preferred.
• Expertise in land due diligence, lease agreements, and commercial real estate laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
