About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recovery of shortfalls as per annexure 1
2. Resolution of NPA accounts as per laid down objectives and resolution reduction of legal stock as per annexure 2
3. Execution of warrants such as attachment of moveables, immovable arrest etc.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
