Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on case-specific issues.
Attend depositions, mediations, and court proceedings to represent clients effectively.
Engage in trial preparation, including drafting trial briefs, managing exhibits, and coordinating with witnesses.
Requirements
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in litigation, with general civil and employment litigation preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting and client interaction.
Excellent research and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
