Senior Management Accountant - Competitive Salary - Gurugram, India
The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our dynamic finance team at Onestream.
In this role, you will oversee financial performance and manage a UK-based Management Accountant and an India-based Revenue Assurance Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by refining financial processes and aligning them with strategic business goals.
Note: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 pm - 10 pm (Summer), 2 pm - 11 pm (Winter)

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Oversight:
• Partner with the Head of Finance to provide financial insights.
• Drive efficiencies within the finance team and outsource tasks to India where possible.
• Support the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to manage costs effectively.
Financial Reporting:
• Deliver monthly management accounts and financial KPIs.
• Ensure timely balance sheet reconciliations and VAT return submissions.
• Assist in forecasting EBITDA on a daily and monthly basis.
Cash and Revenue Management:
• Maintain a rolling +0-day cash flow forecast with daily updates.
• Reconcile revenue and manage supplier cost recharges.
• Resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
Compliance and Audit:
• Lead external audit preparation and submission of ONS returns.
Collaboration and Leadership:
• Work closely with the ELT and the Operational Director.
• Manage payroll and commission calculations.
Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements using new technologies.

The Person
• Fully qualified (CIMA or ACCA).
• Proven experience in revenue accounting, management accounting, and Sage.
• Background in telecoms, utilities, or other B2C sectors is preferred.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of process improvements and gross margin reporting.
• Collaborative, committed, and adaptable to cultural differences.
