Sr Manager- Accounts & Finance
Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
- Preparing financial analyses and reports.
- Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
- Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
- Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
- Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Closing of Accounts
- Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.
- Prepared GST Annual Working
- Filed Income tax returns for individual salaried
- Passing payment and receipt entry in books of accounts
- Passing purchase and sales entry in books of accounts
- Passing journal entries in the books of accounts
- Internal/ Statutory Audit
- Preparing bank reconciliation statement
- Fixed Assets Accounting
- Budgeting, FPA, MIS Reporting
- Internal Financial Controls.
- Income Tax/ TDS Return, Assessment
- Team management
- Maintaining debtors and creditors statement
- Maintaining stock sheet on excel and tally
- Ledger scrutiny and management reporting for discrepancy.
- Making year end provision for depreciation, all kind of taxes payable, outstanding prepaid expenses in the books of accounts
- Preparing monthly salary cheque.
- Manage monthly, Quarterly and year end books of accounts and financial process.
- Preparing books of accounts upto finalization Balance Sheet.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualified Inter Chartered Accountants with 8-10 years of experience and managing the above responsibilities and having worked in Tally Prime from well known corporates are eligible to apply for the above position .
- Excellent Communication Skill.
- Should be excellent at MS Excel and Tally Prime.
- Result oriented and focused on Goal achievement
