Job Description:
• 15+ Years of experience in BPO/contact center operations
• Candidate who’s forthcoming, proactive with exceptional operations management skill.
• Ecommerce Retail experience is a plus, experience specifically managing business processes for Amazon, AMEX or Citibank brands would be a great addition
• Should have experience managing 150 – 200+ FTEs, in a Senior Manager/Acting Senior Manager capacity
• Candidates with CX improvement/process excellence initiatives done through COPC or Six Sigma methodologies are a must.
• COPC certification is an added advantage.
