Position description:
Objective of role
The Senior Manager - Planning & Integration will be part of TVS Motor Company's Digital & AI division reporting to the Chief Digital & AI officer.
1.Will be responsible for activating digital & AI transformation across TVS Motor Company's value chain (customer, marketing, international and India sales, manufacturing & supply chain, new product development, enterprise functions, group-wide centres of excellence, core capability building and people) & drive strategic projects per the company’s long range plan.
2.A key facet of this role will be to manage key management processes (digital transformation business cases, budgets and payments, board level presentations and executive updates, NPS and KPIs to measure and improve effectiveness of digital & AI operations) to ensure robust planning & superior results as a result of digital and AI investments and advances.
3.Will be responsible for assessing and deploying cutting edge digital and AI technologies to improve visibility and performance of digital and AI teams and therefore be a trend-setter for the rest of the organisation.
4.Will be responsible for benchmarking best practices in digital and AI with digital native and big tech companies to continually improve capabilities and accelerate our digital transformation initiatives
5.Will be responsible to develop a strong employer brand for digital and AI talent through external communications
Key deliverables
1.Creating and activating business cases for digital and AI transformation projects per the long range plan of the company. Orchestrating executive discussions to align and enabling financial processes (budgeting to payments) to achieve the results.
2.Lead ongoing changes to digital and AI transformation plan and projects by (a) working closely with all functions of the company and (b) integrating outside-in perspective of technological advances in digital and AI, thereby keeping the digital and AI efforts cutting edge.
3.Integrate digital and AI projects and initiatives across TVS Motor group companies to take advantage of synergistic technologies, projects and economies of scale.
4.Managing key management processes including KPI review, strategy and planning cycle, NPS and innovation, risk management, resource & budget planning.
5.Lead initiatives to improve employer branding for digital and AI talent, integrate industry practices and benchmarking to continue to improve digital and AI products & operations.
6.Responsible for conceiving and implementing special projects.
7.Create, manage and improve on business reportage.

Education & experience:
MBA with 10+ years of work experience from consulting companies (Bain, BCG, McKinsey, Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG) in digital/technology transformation practice or in business/strategy roles of technology product / services companies (Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, Infosys, Wipro) with responsibility for financial planning and analyses.
Software engineering or data sciences experience with exposure to processes, metrics and tools leveraged in software and AI development.
Prefer Engineering undergraduate degree, prefer knowledge of TQM and Six sigma practices.
Educational qualifications preferred
