About the Role
As a Senior Manager in Global Security, you play a pivotal role in protecting Gap Inc.’s people, assets, and operations across a specialized area of security. Whether leading intelligence operations, executive protection, GSOC, or physical site security, you develop and execute strategies that reduce risk, enhance resilience, and ensure a safe environment. What You'll Do
Lead a specialized security function (e.g., Intelligence, Executive Protection, GSOC, or Physical Security) aligned with enterprise risk and resilience goals.
Develop and implement security programs, protocols, and technologies tailored to your area of responsibility.
Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Legal, IT, Facilities) and external agencies to mitigate threats and respond to incidents.
Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets related to your area of security operations.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as crisis management, emergency preparedness, and threat intelligence integration.
