Roles and Responsibilities Strategic Roles & Responsibilities 01. Forecasting of product cost at SKU Level02. Analyses product costing trends at the cost component level and identify and report on trends including fixed versus variable costs and oversee the execution of monthly product cost estimates03. Monitor purchase price variances and process order variances and proactively identify, research, and facilitate correction of pricing or activity errors04. Updating activity cost in SAP on the monthly basis05. Variance analysis between the actual and forecast product cost06. Collect the inputs from the operation and prepare the budget07. Upload of the budget in SAP08. Monitor the budget against actual in SAP0+. Variance analysis between the actual and the budget10. Walk through of product cost between accounting and costing11. Calculation of EBITDA at SKU level12. Automation of product costing in SAP13. Preparation of weekly / Monthly / Quarterly MIS / cost reports for management review14. Support for cost audit15.
