Job Description
We are an international trading organization in the steel industry with a turnover of 200 Cr in our Indian company and 50Mn Usd in our subsidiary company in Singapore.
We are looking to hire Senior Manager Finance and Accounts
Roles and Responsibilities
· Managing financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems of Indian Company and its wholly owned Foreign subsidiary (WOS)
· Hand on experience with Import / export Accounting & MIS
· Managing Clash Flow of the Indian Company and its WOS including it’s periodic reporting to the Management
· Monitoring of Inland / Export debtors including LC/DP bill discounting
· Inward & Outward foreign remittances- request & documentation.
· Preparation of Bank Proposals for Working Capital Facilities and International Trade Credit Facilities
· Hand on experience with Import / export Accounting & MIS .
· Good interpersonal skills and interaction with banks in and outside India
· Good understanding of the FEMA/RBI / Banking Regulations & Practices.
· Experience of working with a trading Company will be an added advantage
Minimum Qualification
CA with 4 - 5 years of experience/ semi-qualified CA with 8-10 years’ experienc
