Key Responsibilities: • Prepare budgets and cost proposals for new programs, translating technical propositions into quantified resource requirements. • Manage Global Fund, budgeting, donor reporting, auditing, and grant management, including consortiums and sub-partner reviews. • Develop and implement robust internal control systems to safeguard financial assets and enhance efficiency. • Create, maintain, and update annual forecasts, detailing projected revenues, costs, expenses, cash flows, and sales growth based on management's plans. • Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeline. • Coordinate with project teams ensuring they have the financial support they need. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support. • Conduct performance evaluations and foster professional development. • Review and forecast cash flow and monitor accounts receivables to ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs and payouts. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, RBI regulations, and legal requirements • Facilitate banking transactions and address financial queries while also maintaining good relationships with banks and financial institutions. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 9-11 years of progressive accounting experience. • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and GAAP. • Proficient in accounting software like Tally 7.2, Tally 9, and Tally ERP 9, with a strong grasp of basic accounting principles. • Knowledge of MS Office (versions 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2015). • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. • Willingness to learn, adapt to new challenges and actively seek opportunities for improvement and growth.
