At least ++ years of relevant post qualification experience with at least 6 years of experience in PTP / PTP related processes in a BPO/Shared Services environmentExposure to Oracle ERP environment is mandatory.Good people management skills and ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve required goalsShould have at least 4-5 years of experience handling client operations for F&A ClientsExperience in managing client relationships and addressing issues.Preferred background being service industry / retail / Hospitality.Required good knowledge on MS Excel. Knowledge on MS Access and Macros will be added advantage.Good communication (Verbal & Written) and Analytical skillsRussian language understanding will be an added advantage.ResponsibilitiesOversee and supervise team leadersWork with the delivery centers and the technology lead in ensuring recruitment, center readiness, technology connectivity etc.Managing Client expectationsAbility to work and communicate with people across organizational unitsDefine Goals & Performance parameters for the team & guide/coach them in achieving the sameShould be well versed in accounting standardsTrack and monitor transition progress across processesResponsible for process audits and compliancesIdentify opportunities for continuous process improvementCapture deviations on the process and reporting the sameAbility to multi task, prioritize activities & meeting deadlinesJob Location: JaipurQualification: M.Com/BBA/MBA/CA/CA Inter/BComShifts: 247
