About the Role
Leading a small team, you provide key financial planning and analytical support to several Business Units and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders including those in the Executive Leadership team.
You will have responsibility for delivering quality and insightful information an act as a true Finance Business Partner and Leader:
Provide all aspects of financial analysis and support for several divisions
Working closely with BU's in preparing accurate financial budgets, projections and forecasts;
Build strong relationships with the leadership team (including non finance stakeholders) and understand key business drivers and provide detailed trend analysis across multiple data sets
Completing monthly management reporting packages
Be extremely systems savvy with a passion for BI tools and data interpretation and translation thereof.
Be the FP&A lead driving change and transformation initiatives
About You
Strong leadership skills are a must. Able to nurture, empower your team, drive accountability and ownership. Always striving towards achieving high performance and best practice.
Preferably you have experience working in the manufacturing or FMCG sector
You will be an energetic and natural communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with business leaders and with those who have a non-financial background;
Be naturally inquisitive with a strong passion for systems and the ability to quickly identify key trends in data;
Engage with others collaboratively, and work to a high standard with accuracy and deliver on time;
CA/CPA/CIMA qualifications are required
