Job Description
• Develop labour policies.
• Handle grievance procedures.
• Oversee all necessary paperwork, employee communications, benefits maintenance, leave tracking, management reports and workers compensation.
• Consult HR executive staff regarding personnel policies
• The HR Manager is responsible for the organizations readiness for the factory in conjunction with the factory heads.
• Resourcing for their pools as well from the perspective of the right talent to drive the right growth.
• Responsible for Employee Life Cycle Management, Compensation Planning & Administration, Attendance, Leaves & Payroll Management, Employee Welfare/Engagement, Statutory Compliance ,Social & Ethical Compliance.
• Maintain and follow HR policies, regulations and procedures related to the function, rights and responsibilities of all staff.
• Ensure that all staff members are aware of the IR protocols and regulations
• Training & developmental activities of staff & workers
Key skills and competencies: -
• Candidates with a Masters degree in human resource management and industrial/labour relations would be given preference
• Conflict management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
Qualification & Experience: -
• Bachelor’s degree in labour relations, business management or human resources is required
• MBA-HR / PGDM , MHRM
• 5 to 6 years of experience in HR&IR
