Qualification: Diploma/ Degree along with relevant experience in hiring & human resources development and management
Reports to: Chairman & Managing Director
Experience: 12 to 18 years in the position of talent acquisition & human resource development and management from startup to mature state of the organization
Designation: Senior Manager Human Resources Development and Management
Key Responsibilities:
• Consistently recruiting excellent staff
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
• Training, counseling, and coaching our staff
• Performing necessary administrative duties
• Conducting performance and salary reviews
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
• Creating clear and concise reports
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy
Purpose of the position:
Main purposes
• Responsible for hiring for suitable human capital
• HR executive should be able to develop the workplace as a premier employment destination
• HR executive is expected to reduce employee turnover & attract top talent for the company
Secondary purposes
• Improve employee satisfaction & increase net promoter score
• Deliver innovative ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction
• Function as liaison between the company and outside legal & professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
Knowledge:
• Should have adequate experience upon preparing human resource plans
• Should have adequate knowledge that in the context of overall organizational policies developing the human resource policies
• Should have through process knowledge upon recruitment – selection – placement
• Should have experience upon development of human resource department system
• Should have knowledge upon making the appraisal system of personnel
• Should have knowledge upon integration of people with the organization
• Should have knowledge upon development and maintenance of employee welfare & social programs
• In consultation with the top management team should be able to prepare compensation packages
• Should be fluent in spoken and written English language
• Must be extremely comfortable with computers & day to day used office software i.e. excel, power point, word, Tally, Zoho, human resource management system etc
