About the role
Reporting to the Head of State Partnerships to lead the State’s Account Management disciplines, achieving Profit, Revenue, and People targets while proactively de-risking the business.
Leading relevant functions to deliver professional service standards to internal and external customers and achieving growth targets.
Managing a portfolio of partnerships to drive account satisfaction through the execution of account sales plans and business model frameworks, implementing initiatives informed by customer insights to continuously improve the account experience.
Ensuring sustainable and profitable growth through agreed strategies and action plans with partners, including execution and monitoring of performance against operational benchmarks, and delivering sales results aligned with divisional budgets and annual GWP targets.
Identifying market and industry trends for further analysis by the Sales Office and understanding and anticipating customer needs through strong business relationships and competitor intelligence.
About you
Proven experience as a leader or senior sales professional within the insurance or a related industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams and building talent pipelines for future business needs.
Demonstrated commercial acumen, including the ability to interpret market trends, identify risks and opportunities, and understand the competitive landscape.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information and implement improvements to enhance business performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
