To Plan, Strategise, Prioritize and Coordinate Administrative procedures and systems.
To Supervise all the Technical and Civil maintenance activities on campus.
Ensuring proper Housekeeping, Safety-Security, Smooth functioning of equipment and machinery.
Supervising Hostel related activities and modus operandi of Wardens.
Regular meetings with Heads of Institutes (Engineering & Management) for smooth functioning.
To Maintain the Security & Sports management,
