Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation on SOX technology controls, including risk and control matrices, as well as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clear guidance for control owners.
• Collaborate with the IT SOX Control Program Office to ensure compliance with SOX requirements and strengthen control frameworks.
• Ensure alignment between Business Process Controls (BPCs) and IT General Controls (ITGCs).
• Guide the IT organization in SOX scoping for emerging technology functionalities, modules, or integrations.
• Support IT in the design and implementation of SOX controls, including timely collection and delivery of audit evidence.
• Assist with monitoring controls and preventing deficiencies within the IT organization.
• Ensure proactive implementation of IT General Computing Controls for new and existing applications.
• Lead the remediation of IT SOX findings by evaluating deficiency analyses, including root cause assessments and mitigating procedures, ensuring timely closure of issues.
• Act as a liaison with IT leadership, IT SOX, Controllership, and both internal and external auditors for effective issue escalation and resolution.
This position is hybrid, requiring some onsite work at designated locations, as determined by the hiring team.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting and/or industry experience focused on designing, implementing, and testing SOX-relevant IT General Controls (ITGCs).
• Current or previous experience in a managerial position.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• 3+ years of expertise in ITGC domains (e.g., access, change management, IT operations) supporting financial reporting.
• Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Background in aerospace manufacturing operations or related support.
• Proven experience in leading teams or projects.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as CISSP, CIA, CPA, CISA, CISM, or CRISC.

• A summary pay range for this role is as follows: $204,850 - $277,150 for TX and WA; $191,250 - $258,750 for MO, based on experience and qualifications.
