About the Role-
As Director / Senior Manager of program management and operations, you will provide operational support and leadership for the Sales Development Team. You will be accountable for optimizing processes, driving efficiency, managing people, and leading end-to-end program management for key initiatives and client
engagements. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping a high-performance, data-driven, and innovative operations culture that delivers measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee key operational processes, ensuring eiciency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
Program Management: Own the full program lifecycleplanning, execution, delivery, and post- implementation reviewensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Process Optimization & Innovation: Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities, leveraging technology and AI to drive productivity and eliminate bottlenecks.
Sales Operations Excellence: Oversee execution and continuous improvement of sales operations, including campaign management and performance tracking.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Define, monitor, and report on KPIs; use analytics and reporting tools to identify trends, mitigate risks, and inform operational decisions.
Change Management: Lead and champion change initiatives to support business transformation and operational excellence.
People Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team; foster an inclusive, accountable, and high-performance culture; proactively address people issues and support career growth.
Qualifications & Experience-
1015 years of experience in B2B sales, sales operations, or business/program operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated success managing large, distributed teams and complex operational structures in a sales or sales operations role.
Proven experience in end-to-end program management, including risk management and cross-functionalproject delivery.
Strong understanding of technology, automation, and AI, and their application in process improvement.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI).
Exceptional communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Bachelors degree in business, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
