Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation – Till franchise opening
a. Leads before and during the Pre-sales starts (Meta and Google)
b. Asset Development: Facebook, Instagram, GMB
Site Design – Near to the Franchise
Brand Awareness – ATL, BTL and Digital
a. Hoarding
b. Flyer/Newspaper Inserts
c. Pole Board
d. RWA/Society Activations, Mall Activations
e. Social Media Promotions, Paid BA Campaign (Meta and Google)
Soft Launch
a. Invitation for the soft launch to Signed Up Members.
b. Social Media promotions
Grand Launch
a. Invitation to the signed up members, RWAs, other relevant people.
b. Promotions Offline and Online
c. D-Day activities to plan and execute.
Core Competencies:
Proven expertise in both online and offline marketing.
A passion for fitness and enthusiasm for brand growth.
Experience working on pre-sale or launch campaigns for physical retail spaces (gyms, fitness centers, etc.).
Hands-on experience in event marketing and local activations.
Ability to build relationships with local influencers and businesses.
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing.
Good at Relationship building.
Strong Business Acumen.
Ability to deal with ambiguous situations.
Excellent computer skills (Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel).
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's and Master’s degree in relevant field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on both digital and traditional marketing strategies. Experience in the fitness, wellness, or retail industry is a plus.
Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM tools).
