Job Title: Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive

Reports to: Head of New Markets

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
• Oversee the development and distribution of high-quality content to support marketing campaigns, such as blog posts, case studies, webinars, videos, and social media content.
Campaign Planning and Execution:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
• Set objectives, identify target audiences, craft messaging, and choose effective tactics and channels.
Marketing Analytics:
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
• Track KPIs and conduct market research to inform decisions.
Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the marketing budget for assigned campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals.
3rd Party Management:
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, such as creative agencies, PR firms, event management companies, and media buying agencies.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales, product management, and customer support teams to align and integrate marketing efforts.
Reporting:
• Regularly report on marketing performance to the Head of New Markets and stakeholders.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
