Job Description
As our Senior Marketing Executive- Retention, you will be part of our incredibly talented Marketing team and manage marketing campaigns from set-up to completion and reduce churn rate by improving cash players' engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities and their effectiveness and business impact.
• Proactively explore data to find trends, discover KPIs, and apply proper hypothesis testing.
• Manage and monitor campaigns to optimize performance on the basis of best marketing practices.
• Make recommendations that enhance future campaigns' performance and measurements.
• Develop robust KPIs and scorecards for marketing performance monitoring.
• Present analysis and findings to a variety of audiences.
• Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize the Marketing team's performance.
• Manage banners and bonus configurations on our sites.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 1-3 year's experience in digital marketing.
• Strong communication skills and great work ethics.
• Ability to multitask and handle stakeholder expectations.
• Must have knowledge of WebEngage, Clevertap or any other automation tool.
