About the Opportunity
As Senior Marketing Manager at ECH, you will spearhead our brand positioning during an exciting period of transformation in South Australia's aged care sector. This influential role places you at the heart of our strategic marketing efforts, where you'll execute sophisticated, high-volume and effective end to end marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness, nurture client relationships, and drive market growth.
Working in close partnership with our Digital Customer Experience Lead, you'll craft innovative strategies that seamlessly integrate brand development, digital marketing, public relations, thought leadership initiatives, and impactful events. Your leadership will inspire a talented marketing team to deliver exceptional outcomes while navigating the unique nuances of the aged care industry.
You'll have the opportunity to shape and deliver strategic go-to-market campaigns that significantly enhance demand generation and strengthen ECH's brand equity. This role offers the perfect balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in how older South Australians experience aged care through powerful, authentic storytelling.
About You
We're seeking a strategic marketing professional with natural leadership abilities, strong commercial acumen and creative vision, who can inspire and develop team members while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
With a proven track record in developing and executing contemporary marketing strategies, deep understanding of digital and traditional channels, you thrive in fast-paced environments where agility and adaptability are essential. You expertly balance multiple strategic marketing initiatives while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
With exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, you confidently engage with senior leadership, translating complex business objectives into clear marketing priorities and compelling narratives.
Essential Criteria
A Degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior marketing roles
National Police check
