Job Description
You will be responsible for assisting the Nurse Unit Manager in leading a team of nurses and promoting continuity and consistency of care across shifts. Additionally, you will implement practice changes and improve clinical processes, as well as manage ward/unit/service operations.
To be successful in this role, you will have a Registered Nurse qualification and current practising certificate, as well as at least 3 years of post-registration experience in nursing. You will also possess strong leadership and mentoring abilities, as well as proactive communication and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, you will have knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation and quality improvement principles.
