The Role
You are responsible for supporting “Manager – HR” of Product Company Dapodi in executing and smooth running of the HR Operations and delivering results by achieving prompt quality response for all people management processes.

You will be executing following responsibilities: -
• To work with all line managers, supervisors and team leaders to source talent from various sources like institutes, references, portals etc. for bargainable employees, apprentice, trainee, Intern and contract hired employees.
• To partner with the line managers and source candidates suitably understanding the job description for white collar staff positions.
• Promote the internal job market by securing that all jobs within the organization are advertised on the portal and that all employees experience a standardized selection process.
• Use diverse sources of recruitment and maintain diversity for talent attraction in terms of gender, region, diversity, language etc.
• Follow recruitment process in line with group guidelines such as approvals and compensation parity.
• Ensure healthy interaction with all stakeholders; keep updated and partner with various Business, organizational and operational strategies and deployments through various touchpoints and meetings.
• Assist process owner of legal Compliances with reference to people, workforce and human resource including Licenses, Approvals and Permissions from various legal bodies the product company Dapodi.
• Lead Administration and Facility management and smooth running at Product Company Dapodi for Crèche, Medical Facility, Canteen, and Employee Transport.
• Focus on implementing new Industrial relation strategies to ensure smooth industrial relations through close working with the Unions, employees, and external parties.
• Ensure harmonious Industrial relations both internal and external and ensure driving of Atlas Copco Group core values and its adherence in the Bargainable and Unionised workforce.
• Help “Assistant Manager – HR” Chakan to participate and follow through the wage settlement agreements with the Unions and representing management in these negotiations fairly by taking a view of both long-term and short-term benefits, strategies, and tactics. Follow-up and implement various clauses of wage settlement and minutes of meeting as discussed and agreed with the Union and the Management.
• To smoothly perform and oversee functions of time-office, attendance and leave for Product Company Dapodi.
• To partner with the line managers and source candidates suitably by understanding the job descriptions of the position.
• Use diverse sources of recruitment and maintain diversity for talent attraction in terms of gender, region, diversity, language etc.
• Follow recruitment process in line with group guidelines such as approvals and compensation parity.
• Support in design and implementation of GET / MT Program and Graduate Apprentice Program.
• Support to organize for Local Orientation Program as well as AC India Academy Induction Program and ensure seamless assimilation of new joiner.
• Track and update for compliance related to payroll.

What we expect of you?
Experience Requirements
At least 3-7 years of HR experience in generalist HR role. Experience of Production Plant will be prefereeed.

Knowledge
• Professional knowledge and expertise within all aspects of HR function with special focus on recruitment and retention, Industrial relation and general administration.
• Hands on experience and sound knowledge of Labour Laws.
• Must be an integrator, understanding policies, practices, procedures and tools for talent movement including new hires, expatriates, etc.
• Must be able to relate effectively to employees at all levels of the company.

Educational Requirements
• Masters Degree in Human Resource Management
• Knowledge of MS office, Suceess Factor etc

• Well-organized, approachable, proactive individual with the right attitude.
• Excellent facilitation, analytical, communication and inter-personal skills.
