Are you ready to make an impact in managing and coordinating essential support functions? We are seeking a dynamic individual to play a crucial role in corporate performance reporting, workforce monitoring, business continuity, risk management, and audit.
As a link to corporate services, you will ensure activities align with current policies and procedures. Your ability to engage across divisions and groups will foster effective collaboration and consistency in approach.
Experience in government processes and exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills will be crucial for this role. If you are a strong team player with excellent organization, time management, and planning skills to meet urgent and often conflicting deadlines, we want you on our team.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in collecting, analysing and presenting data using a range of software tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Forms, SharePoint).
This is a fixed term position available for a period of 6 months (1 Sept 2026 – 27 Feb 2026). The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
