Position: Legal - Senior Officer JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contract Drafting (All types of commercial contract).
• Litigation strategy and management (Consumer, Civil, Labour & Taxation).
• Compliance to new age laws (Competition Law, Data Protection laws & New Energy sources).
• Advisory on all applicable laws to manufacturing & services.
KEY COMPETENCY
• Litigation practice/similar job experience.
• Ability to manage field activities, knowledge of police investigation and handling authorities.
• Proficiency in English/Kannada and Hindi.
• Good drafting skills.
