Job Description
• Drive the process by helping the associate’s to download the App, training them to use the App, also helping those who are not having the App to order and pay through the different pay wallet’s.
• Daily engaging with the food partner to update on any new entry in the menu items, communicating with the tech team to update the same on the App and also ensuring the push notifications and display of banners.
• Cafe LENS checklist, hygiene checklist and hourly governance checks on LENS To resolve issues and report incidents, accidents and near misses to the reporting manager.
• To promote good work culture and ensure on-time quality service.
• Meet employees and clients at cafeterias and take feedback on a regular basis.
• Ensure all displays, compliances, counters and service areas comply with company and statutory requirements.
• Ensure that all the cafeteria counters run as per the laid out OSPs.
• To check work areas during and after use and ensure all waste is removed to the appropriate collection area.
• Maintain HSE and temperature records as required and to report any variance.
• Ensure equipment is operated as per ESWP Equipment Safety Work Procedure and report any downtime to the related departments.

-Good communication skills- both English and local language to enable delivering a class experience to all the employees with a positive attitude.
• Tech savvy and basic computer knowledge, passionate learner, honesty and integrity.
• Team player to lead and manage the food partner employees, self-motivated to take initiatives.
• Graduate and preferably having minimum craft course certification in food.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
