Job Title - Sr. Associate - Operations ( Learning Ops)
Job Location - Bengaluru,karnataka (Work from Office)
The Work- What will you do at Intellipaat -
-Helping the learners with their queries and helping them to understand how the course will be delivered.
-Come with innovative ideas for increasing the learning experience as well as identifying the core areas of improvement and work with the team to improve the same.
-Handling operations work related to the courses assigned.
-Taking care of feedback and other key performance metrics defined by the company on customer engagement and making sure those will be achieved.
-Interacting with learners as well as trainers / mentors and coordinating on a regular basis for effective training delivery.
-Perform as the primary interface for all learners with regards to customer escalations. Focus on problem avoidance in the escalation process. Prioritize and stimulate escalations with Continuing Product
-Development (CPD) to ensure visibility, traction and ultimate closure.
-Establish correct expectations, enforce relief and resolve through effective communication.

-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
-Solid time management skills.
