Job Description
• · Running the site operations smoothly & over-viewing the smooth running of the office operations at site.
• · Ensuring that Security Team is available at the site 24X7. Ensuring that the CCTV system is up & running 24X7
• · Responsible for all transportation process & activity pertaining to inter-site transfers or delivery orders of customers. Identify & Monitor various transporters who can deliver as per approved budget.
• · Responsible for driving proper inventory management from the team.
• · Engage new & existing customers by offering them all the required information in the right way resulting into customer delight
• · Ensure that the site is 100% compliant from all relevant documentation perspective
• · Overview all billing activity at the site & to be done as per approval matrix.
• · Conduct various audit at the site pertaining to Security, Inventory and Employee feedback
• · Ensure maintenance of infrastructure, greenhouses, pumps, tanks and roads.
• · Monitor expenses and implement cost-effective practices without compromising quality.
