Looking for a Dynamic Operations Candidate for a legal tech Platform in Mumbai!

Job Responsibilities:

● Manage Requests: Handle incoming requests from clients via email, calls, and other communication channels.

● Coordinate with Channel Partners: Collaborate with Channel Partners to secure the best possible service offerings for our corporate employees. Negotiate and finalize agreements and contracts to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.

● Work with the operations team to strategize, manage day-to-day operations and oversee the workflow

● Develop and implement processes that streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs

● Manage a team including hiring, training, and performance management

● Manage vendor relationships

● Coach internal teams and external stakeholders on new product features, functional enhancements and process upgrades

● Understand user challenges, gain insights, suggest product and operational process improvements

● Ensure enterprise satisfaction and retention, source constructive feedback and relay it to the relevant teams

● Collaborate with other teams, including product development and sales, to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned and working together to achieve the Company's goals

Job Requirements

● 1 - 4 years of experience in operations, preferably with a B2B startup

● Data-oriented: Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret data effectively.

● Well-versed with Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and coordination via calls

● Good communication and interpersonal skills
