Role & Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain advanced web applications using MVC Frameworks i.e. CodeIgniter /
Laravel framework.
● Lead the planning, architecture, and execution of web projects.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design, and ship new features.
● Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
● Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and skill development.
● Stay up-to-date with new trends and best practices in web development and Laravel.

Key Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in
CodeIgniter/Laravel.
● Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Vue.js is a plus).
● Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, version control tools (like Git), and writing unit tests.
● Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC design patterns.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
● Experience working in an outsourcing or offshoring environment.
● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
