We are seeking a Senior Policy Adviser to join our client's Governance and Policy Leadership Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and advocating public policy positions on corporate governance and regulatory reform.
About the Role:
The Senior Policy Adviser will be responsible for:
Providing expert guidance on corporations law, including the application and compliance requirements of the Corporations Act 2001
Leading and delivering governance practice projects, including research, reports, and best practice guidance
Representing the organisation at external meetings, roundtables, conferences, and seminars
Analysing and researching emerging governance practice issues and debates to inform policy and advocacy efforts
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of corporate governance practices and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
