5+ years of Fund Accounting, Portfolio Accounting or Property Management Accounting experience
Experience with Consolidated Financial Statements preparation
Proficiency in property management software (Timberline, Yardi, Skyline, etc
Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Responsibilities
Ensure accurate US GAAP financial reporting for private real estate Fund/Separate Accounts
Review third-party manager reports, ensuring compliance with accounting policies
Analyze financial operations and explain variances
Prepare quarterly financial statements for Investors
Oversee annual external audit and tax returns, meeting all deadlines
Review year-end property reconciliation billings
Assist in monthly cash forecasting reports
Review property management fee billings
Foster positive relationships with third-party managers and accountants
Perform other duties as directed by Directors of Accounting

Qualifications:
