Job Description
Develop and refine pricing models, assumptions and methodologies to support competitive, profitable products
Calculate and review pricing, Value of New Business and profitability results, including technical sign-off and peer review
Partner with Product, Finance, Risk and IT to translate pricing insights into practical decisions, strategies and improvements
Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation, automation opportunities, and mentoring junior actuarial staff
To be successful and grow in this role, you will ideally bring the following
10+ years’ actuarial experience in life insurance/financial services with experience in pricing and product development
Strong analytical and modelling capability (Prophet, MoSes, R, Python, Excel)
Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience mentoring and developing teams and Experience working across cross-functional and global teams
Strong project management skills and high attention to detail
