Job Description
General :
A jobholder in this role will have key accountabilities for the day-to-day delivery of defined Customer SLAs and would require to have the acceptable productivity levels for the business
Essential Functions :
To participate, as a member of Fraud Recovery team, in providing functional, administrative and operational services to our clients with regard Debit Cards Claims Processing
Communicates with customers on exceptions and hand-offs.
Attends training sessions to keep abreast of changes in the respective domain/compliance.
Undertakes special assignments as appropriate.
Competencies / Qualifications / Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma (3 year) in any discipline. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field would be preferable
12 months - 60 months experience being part of at least one of the areas within the below functions:
Experience of working in Cards processing domain
Card fraud processing experience is preferred
Awareness of card regulations is desirable, preferably Reg-E
Strong communication skills.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills - Ability to understand complex situations completely by asking relevant fact finding questions, to determine the exact process steps required to extract the data for problem resolution, to synthesize the available information in the right context to arrive at the accurate and complete resolution
Good Written Communication.
Very good keyboard skills – Formal Training in Typing would be an added advantage.
Very good customer service attitude.
Stress tolerance - Ability to work accurately under pressure.
Good Team Player
Willingness to work in night/rotational/staggered shifts
Desired :
Similar experience with any of the US/Candian Banks preferred,
Charge Back Operations , Fraud Operations& Card Disputes
