Team Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive product vision for AI-driven platforms and functionalities. Your role will span from identifying core problems to ensuring delivery, encouraging adoption, and driving continuous refinement. You will champion a visionary approach, translating intricate AI capabilities into tangible, quantifiable outcomes for businesses and customers alike. Working at the nexus of machine learning systems, cloud technologies, business strategy, and human-centered design, you will navigate the unique complexities and possibilities that AI brings to the table. This position demands significant technical expertise, astute product judgment, and a commitment to fostering responsible AI innovations at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and champion the AI product strategy and vision, balancing technical feasibility, business value, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
• Analyze market trends and industry conditions related to products and platforms.
• Translate capabilities in machine learning, Generative AI, and agentic systems into clear product specifications, roadmaps, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
• Collaborate extensively with engineering and data science teams to guide model selection, feature engineering, and deployment strategies.
• Enhance decision-making by leveraging data from experiments, model metrics, and customer feedback.
• Establish and monitor success metrics for AI products.
• Lead iterative tests and optimizations to improve product performance.
• Proactively address and manage AI-related risks.
• Serve as a vital communication link between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage customers and partners to identify unexpressed needs.
• Promote platform-oriented thinking across AI service offerings.
• Influence best practices for AI product delivery throughout the organization.
• Work within multi-cloud AI environments.
• Possess near-engineering depth in AI-related discussions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• At least 7 years of experience in technical product management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management for AI product development.
• Strong grasp of Generative AI and the machine learning model lifecycle.
• Skill in prioritizing tasks aligned with leadership-defined OKRs.
• Ability to set and measure product success KPIs for business outcomes.
• Five or more years of cloud experience (preferably AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
• Demonstrated experience in setting strategic vision, executing large-scale applications/data deployments, and addressing design or product challenges.
• Proficient in handling large data sets for insightful analysis.
• Experienced in SCRUM/Lean Agile methodologies with a focus on MVP/iterative development.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to navigate risks and resolve conflicts.
• Exceptional communication skills for interactions with technical and non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative spirit with a positive approach to teamwork across diverse functions.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to create and deliver presentations for Senior and Executive Management.
• Capability to synthesize practical and cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Azure DevOps for task management.
• Certification in major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Experience in launching AI framework-based products.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
#DISNEYTECH
The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is $148,700.00 - $199,400.00 annually and in Burbank, CA is $141,900 - $190,300 annually. The actual base pay will reflect internal equity and may vary based on geographic location, expertise, and experience. Additionally, a bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be included as part of the compensation package, in tandem with a complete suite of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on job level and position.
