Job Profile/Key Responsibilities
• 10+ Years of experience on DevOps, Release Management on Java Based Applications and Product.
• Rich DevOps skills across SCM, Build and Release, Continuous Integration tools and frameworks such as, SVN, Git/GitHub, ANT, MVN, Sonar etc.
• In-depth understanding and practical working knowledge of Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Nexus, VMware , We Severs, App Servers etc.
• Experience in building and deploying automation using CI tools, Scripting tools such as Shell/PowerShell/Perl/Python.
• Automate build and deployment processes on AWS, proprietary Cloud hosting environments.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix systems administration and architecture.
• He should have a strong background in Java based product development.
• He should have sound DB concepts and experience in messaging middleware.
• Experience in Cross platform build toolchain development and GNU tools
• Experience in set up and managing cluster environment.
• Extensive experience in configuration management, release management and version control systems.
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive process changes, working with multiple teams and product lines.
• Responsible for the support of the build and infrastructure for multiple product teams.
• Responsible for identifying opportunities to improve and scale the CI / Agile infrastructure, as well as develop standards / practices / processes as needed for supporting the needs of the scrum / agile product line teams.
• Provide support and expert advice to teams on consistent and auditable configuration and release management.
• Ability to enforce best practices around good source code structure, branching, tagging, merging, build & deployment and release management.
• Leading a Team performing DevOps & Release Management.
Required Skills: Java, J2EE on WebSphere/JBoss, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Nexus, VMware , We Severs, App Servers and frameworks such as SVN, Git/GitHub, ANT, MVN, Sonar etc
Desired Skills:
• Worked in Product Development Environment.
• Good understanding of Enterprise Architectures, Java and Database solutions.
• Experience with relational & NoSQL data stores, such as MongoDB.
• Experience with Infrastructure security is a plus
Desired Skills: Integral skills
Locations: Considering the pandemic situation, you will be working from home until further communication. Post office re-opens, location will be Indore/Bangalore/ Chennai/ Noida- basis business requirements
