The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Minor Works team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple sites, and have a passion for delivering high-quality projects, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting Project Delivery – Assisting in the planning and delivery of projects.
Leading Project Teams – Providing leadership and direction to ensure smooth project execution.
Technical Oversight – Ensuring site work aligns with engineering drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Resource Organisation – Overseeing planning, scheduling, and resource allocation (both direct resource and subcontracted) to balance multiple priorities effectively.
What We’re Looking For

Formal Qualification – preferred, or equivalent experience
Proven civil construction experience – Particularly in structures, or urban infrastructure projects.
Strong track record – delivering complex civils projects on time and within budget
Strong Project Management Skills – across safety, contracts, financial management, programming and stakeholder management.
Technical Proficiency – Strong computer literacy and familiarity with construction management software.
Collaborative and Solutions-Focused Attitude – Someone who adds value and takes ownership of projects.
